REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your LumiaKit purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, email us at support@lumiakit.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery at support@lumiakit.com and we'll make it right.
