Refund & Return Policy

Kira Silver is operated by LumiaKIT LLC. We want you to love your Kira Silver purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.

To start a return, email support@lumiakit.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need an additional 5–7 business days to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will cover the applicable return shipping.

Non-returnable Items

Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned, except where required by law.

Damaged or Lost Orders

Contact support@lumiakit.com within 7 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date for a missing order, and include your order number and relevant photos when applicable.
